|---|---|---|---|---|
| CVE-2023-46047 | 1 Sane-project | 1 Sane Backends | 2025-11-04 | 7.3 High |
| An issue in Sane 1.2.1 allows a local attacker to execute arbitrary code via a crafted file to the sanei_configure_attach() function. NOTE: this is disputed because there is no expectation that the product should be starting with an attacker-controlled configuration file. | ||||
| CVE-2023-38745 | 2 Debian, Pandoc | 2 Debian Linux, Pandoc | 2025-11-04 | 6.3 Medium |
| Pandoc before 3.1.6 allows arbitrary file write: this can be triggered by providing a crafted image element in the input when generating files via the --extract-media option or outputting to PDF format. This allows an attacker to create or overwrite arbitrary files, depending on the privileges of the process running Pandoc. It only affects systems that pass untrusted user input to Pandoc and allow Pandoc to be used to produce a PDF or with the --extract-media option. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2023-35936 (failure to properly account for double encoded path names). | ||||
| CVE-2025-43348 | 1 Apple | 3 Macos, Macos Sequoia, Macos Sonoma | 2025-11-04 | 5.5 Medium |
| A logic issue was addressed with improved validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Sonoma 14.8.2, macOS Sequoia 15.7.2. An app may bypass Gatekeeper checks. | ||||
| CVE-2024-3096 | 4 Debian, Php, Php Group and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Php, Php and 1 more | 2025-11-04 | 6.5 Medium |
| In PHP version 8.1.* before 8.1.28, 8.2.* before 8.2.18, 8.3.* before 8.3.5, if a password stored with password_hash() starts with a null byte (\x00), testing a blank string as the password via password_verify() will incorrectly return true. | ||||
| CVE-2024-38567 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2025-11-04 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: carl9170: add a proper sanity check for endpoints Syzkaller reports [1] hitting a warning which is caused by presence of a wrong endpoint type at the URB sumbitting stage. While there was a check for a specific 4th endpoint, since it can switch types between bulk and interrupt, other endpoints are trusted implicitly. Similar warning is triggered in a couple of other syzbot issues [2]. Fix the issue by doing a comprehensive check of all endpoints taking into account difference between high- and full-speed configuration. [1] Syzkaller report: ... | CVE-2024-2756 | 2 Php, Redhat | 2 Archive Tar, Enterprise Linux | 2025-11-04 | 6.5 Medium |
| Due to an incomplete fix to CVE-2022-31629 https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-c43m-486j-j32p , network and same-site attackers can set a standard insecure cookie in the victim's browser which is treated as a __Host- or __Secure- cookie by PHP applications. | ||||
| CVE-2024-29040 | 2 Tpm2 Software, Tpm2 Software Stack Project | 2 Tpm2 Tools, Tpm2 Software Stack | 2025-11-04 | 4.3 Medium |
| This repository hosts source code implementing the Trusted Computing Group's (TCG) TPM2 Software Stack (TSS). The JSON Quote Info returned by Fapi_Quote has to be deserialized by Fapi_VerifyQuote to the TPM Structure `TPMS_ATTEST`. For the field `TPM2_GENERATED magic` of this structure any number can be used in the JSON structure. The verifier can receive a state which does not represent the actual, possibly malicious state of the device under test. The malicious device might get access to data it shouldn't, or can use services it shouldn't be able to. This issue has been patched in version 4.1.0. | ||||
| CVE-2024-29039 | 3 Redhat, Tpm2-tools Project, Tpm2 Software | 3 Enterprise Linux, Tpm2-tools, Tpm2 Tools | 2025-11-04 | 9.1 Critical |
| tpm2 is the source repository for the Trusted Platform Module (TPM2.0) tools. This vulnerability allows attackers to manipulate tpm2_checkquote outputs by altering the TPML_PCR_SELECTION in the PCR input file. As a result, digest values are incorrectly mapped to PCR slots and banks, providing a misleading picture of the TPM state. This issue has been patched in version 5.7. | ||||
| CVE-2024-29038 | 2 Redhat, Tpm2-tools Project | 2 Enterprise Linux, Tpm2-tools | 2025-11-04 | 4.3 Medium |
| tpm2-tools is the source repository for the Trusted Platform Module (TPM2.0) tools. A malicious attacker can generate arbitrary quote data which is not detected by `tpm2 checkquote`. This issue was patched in version 5.7. | ||||
| CVE-2024-27001 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2025-11-04 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: comedi: vmk80xx: fix incomplete endpoint checking While vmk80xx does have endpoint checking implemented, some things can fall through the cracks. Depending on the hardware model, URBs can have either bulk or interrupt type, and current version of vmk80xx_find_usb_endpoints() function does not take that fully into account. While this warning does not seem to be too harmful, at the very least it will crash systems with 'panic_on_warn' set on them. Fix the issue found by Syzkaller [1] by somewhat simplifying the endpoint checking process with usb_find_common_endpoints() and ensuring that only expected endpoint types are present. This patch has not been tested on real hardware. | CVE-2023-28755 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Redhat and 1 more | 5 Debian Linux, Fedora, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2025-11-04 | 5.3 Medium |
| A ReDoS issue was discovered in the URI component through 0.12.0 in Ruby through 3.2.1. The URI parser mishandles invalid URLs that have specific characters. It causes an increase in execution time for parsing strings to URI objects. The fixed versions are 0.12.1, 0.11.1, 0.10.2 and 0.10.0.1. | ||||
| CVE-2022-31629 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Php and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Php and 1 more | 2025-11-04 | 6.5 Medium |
| In PHP versions before 7.4.31, 8.0.24 and 8.1.11, the vulnerability enables network and same-site attackers to set a standard insecure cookie in the victim's browser which is treated as a `__Host-` or `__Secure-` cookie by PHP applications. | ||||
| CVE-2025-37756 | 2 Debian, Linux | 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2025-11-04 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: tls: explicitly disallow disconnect syzbot discovered that it can disconnect a TLS socket and then run into all sort of unexpected corner cases. I have a vague recollection of Eric pointing this out to us a long time ago. Supporting disconnect is really hard, for one thing if offload is enabled we'd need to wait for all packets to be _acked_. Disconnect is not commonly used, disallow it. The immediate problem syzbot run into is the warning in the strp, but that's just the easiest bug to trigger: WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 5834 at net/tls/tls_strp.c:486 tls_strp_msg_load+0x72e/0xa80 net/tls/tls_strp.c:486 RIP: 0010:tls_strp_msg_load+0x72e/0xa80 net/tls/tls_strp.c:486 Call Trace: <TASK> tls_rx_rec_wait+0x280/0xa60 net/tls/tls_sw.c:1363 tls_sw_recvmsg+0x85c/0x1c30 net/tls/tls_sw.c:2043 inet6_recvmsg+0x2c9/0x730 net/ipv6/af_inet6.c:678 sock_recvmsg_nosec net/socket.c:1023 [inline] sock_recvmsg+0x109/0x280 net/socket.c:1045 __sys_recvfrom+0x202/0x380 net/socket.c:2237 | ||||

| CVE-2024-32498 | 2 Openstack, Redhat | 4 Cinder, Glance, Nova and 1 more | 2025-11-04 | 6.5 Medium |
| An issue was discovered in OpenStack Cinder through 24.0.0, Glance before 28.0.2, and Nova before 29.0.3. Arbitrary file access can occur via custom QCOW2 external data. By supplying a crafted QCOW2 image that references a specific data file path, an authenticated user may convince systems to return a copy of that file's contents from the server, resulting in unauthorized access to potentially sensitive data. All Cinder and Nova deployments are affected; only Glance deployments with image conversion enabled are affected. | ||||
| CVE-2024-25641 | 3 Cacti, Fedoraproject, The Cacti Group | 3 Cacti, Fedora, Cacti | 2025-11-04 | 9.1 Critical |
| Cacti provides an operational monitoring and fault management framework. Prior to version 1.2.27, an arbitrary file write vulnerability, exploitable through the "Package Import" feature, allows authenticated users having the "Import Templates" permission to execute arbitrary PHP code on the web server. The vulnerability is located within the `import_package()` function defined into the `/lib/import.php` script. The function blindly trusts the filename and file content provided within the XML data, and writes such files into the Cacti base path (or even outside, since path traversal sequences are not filtered). This can be exploited to write or overwrite arbitrary files on the web server, leading to execution of arbitrary PHP code or other security impacts. Version 1.2.27 contains a patch for this issue. | ||||
| CVE-2023-32633 | 2025-11-04 | 6.7 Medium | ||
| Improper input validation in the Intel(R) CSME installer software before version 2328.5.5.0 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. | ||||
| CVE-2023-30577 | 1 Zmanda | 1 Amanda | 2025-11-04 | 7.8 High |
