A use-after-free flaw was found in the Linux kernel's netfilter in the way a user triggers the nft_pipapo_remove function with the element, without a NFT_SET_EXT_KEY_END. This issue could allow a local user to crash the system or potentially escalate their privileges on the system.
CVE-2024-3049 | 2 Clusterlabs, Redhat | 11 Booth, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 8 more | 2025-08-01 | 5.9 Medium |
A flaw was found in Booth, a cluster ticket manager. If a specially-crafted hash is passed to gcry_md_get_algo_dlen(), it may allow an invalid HMAC to be accepted by the Booth server.
CVE-2024-11614 | 1 Redhat | 6 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Aus and 3 more | 2025-08-01 | N/A |
An out-of-bounds read vulnerability was found in DPDK's Vhost library checksum offload feature. This issue enables an untrusted or compromised guest to crash the hypervisor's vSwitch by forging Virtio descriptors to cause out-of-bounds reads. This flaw allows an attacker with a malicious VM using a virtio driver to cause the vhost-user side to crash by sending a packet with a Tx checksum offload request and an invalid csum_start offset.
CVE-2024-0646 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 8 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Logging and 5 more | 2025-08-01 | 7 High |
An out-of-bounds memory write flaw was found in the Linux kernel’s Transport Layer Security functionality in how a user calls a function splice with a ktls socket as the destination. This flaw allows a local user to crash or potentially escalate their privileges on the system.
CVE-2023-5869 | 2 Postgresql, Redhat | 27 Postgresql, Advanced Cluster Security, Codeready Linux Builder Eus and 24 more | 2025-08-01 | 8.8 High |
A flaw was found in PostgreSQL that allows authenticated database users to execute arbitrary code through missing overflow checks during SQL array value modification. This issue exists due to an integer overflow during array modification where a remote user can trigger the overflow by providing specially crafted data. This enables the execution of arbitrary code on the target system, allowing users to write arbitrary bytes to memory and extensively read the server's memory.
CVE-2023-5633 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 23 Linux Kernel, Codeready Linux Builder, Codeready Linux Builder Eus and 20 more | 2025-08-01 | 7.8 High |
The reference count changes made as part of the CVE-2023-33951 and CVE-2023-33952 fixes exposed a use-after-free flaw in the way memory objects were handled when they were being used to store a surface. When running inside a VMware guest with 3D acceleration enabled, a local, unprivileged user could potentially use this flaw to escalate their privileges.
CVE-2024-52336 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2025-08-01 | 7.8 High |
A script injection vulnerability was identified in the Tuned package. The `instance_create()` D-Bus function can be called by locally logged-in users without authentication. This flaw allows a local non-privileged user to execute a D-Bus call with `script_pre` or `script_post` options that permit arbitrary scripts with their absolute paths to be passed. These user or attacker-controlled executable scripts or programs could then be executed by Tuned with root privileges that could allow attackers to local privilege escalation.
CVE-2024-4467 | 1 Redhat | 7 Advanced Virtualization, Container Native Virtualization, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2025-08-01 | 7.8 High |
A flaw was found in the QEMU disk image utility (qemu-img) 'info' command. A specially crafted image file containing a `json:{}` value describing block devices in QMP could cause the qemu-img process on the host to consume large amounts of memory or CPU time, leading to denial of service or read/write to an existing external file.
CVE-2025-27221 | 2 Redhat, Ruby-lang | 2 Enterprise Linux, Uri | 2025-08-01 | 3.2 Low |
In the URI gem before 1.0.3 for Ruby, the URI handling methods (URI.join, URI#merge, URI#+) have an inadvertent leakage of authentication credentials because userinfo is retained even after changing the host.
CVE-2023-31122 | 4 Apache, Debian, Fedoraproject and 1 more | 5 Http Server, Debian Linux, Fedora and 2 more | 2025-08-01 | 7.5 High |
Out-of-bounds Read vulnerability in mod_macro of Apache HTTP Server. This issue affects Apache HTTP Server: through 2.4.57.
CVE-2024-33601 | 4 Debian, Gnu, Netapp and 1 more | 27 Debian Linux, Glibc, H300s and 24 more | 2025-08-01 | 7.3 High |
nscd: netgroup cache may terminate daemon on memory allocation failure The Name Service Cache Daemon's (nscd) netgroup cache uses xmalloc or xrealloc and these functions may terminate the process due to a memory allocation failure resulting in a denial of service to the clients. The flaw was introduced in glibc 2.15 when the cache was added to nscd. This vulnerability is only present in the nscd binary.
CVE-2025-4057 | 1 Redhat | 2 Amq Broker, Rhosemc | 2025-07-31 | 5.5 Medium |
A flaw was found in ActiveMQ Artemis. The password generated by activemq-artemis-operator does not regenerate between separated CR dependencies.
CVE-2023-6240 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus | 2025-07-31 | 6.5 Medium |
A Marvin vulnerability side-channel leakage was found in the RSA decryption operation in the Linux Kernel. This issue may allow a network attacker to decrypt ciphertexts or forge signatures, limiting the services that use that private key.
CVE-2023-2593 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2025-07-31 | 5.9 Medium |
A flaw exists within the Linux kernel's handling of new TCP connections. The issue results from the lack of memory release after its effective lifetime. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to create a denial of service condition on the system.
CVE-2024-48916 | 1 Redhat | 1 Ceph Storage | 2025-07-31 | 8.1 High |
Ceph is a distributed object, block, and file storage platform. In versions 19.2.3 and below, it is possible to send an JWT that has "none" as JWT alg. And by doing so the JWT signature is not checked. The vulnerability is most likely in the RadosGW OIDC provider. As of time of publication, a known patched version has yet to be published.
CVE-2025-0752 | 1 Redhat | 2 Openshift Service Mesh, Service Mesh | 2025-07-31 | 6.3 Medium |
A flaw was found in OpenShift Service Mesh 2.6.3 and 2.5.6. Rate-limiter avoidance, access-control bypass, CPU and memory exhaustion, and replay attacks may be possible due to improper HTTP header sanitization in Envoy.
CVE-2025-0689 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 3 Grub2, Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-07-31 | 6.4 Medium |
When reading data from disk, the grub's UDF filesystem module utilizes the user controlled data length metadata to allocate its internal buffers. In certain scenarios, while iterating through disk sectors, it assumes the read size from the disk is always smaller than the allocated buffer size which is not guaranteed. A crafted filesystem image may lead to a heap-based buffer overflow resulting in critical data to be corrupted, resulting in the risk of arbitrary code execution by-passing secure boot protections.
CVE-2025-1125 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 3 Grub2, Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-07-31 | 6.4 Medium |
When reading data from a hfs filesystem, grub's hfs filesystem module uses user-controlled parameters from the filesystem metadata to calculate the internal buffers size, however it misses to properly check for integer overflows. A maliciouly crafted filesystem may lead some of those buffer size calculation to overflow, causing it to perform a grub_malloc() operation with a smaller size than expected. As a result the hfsplus_open_compressed_real() function will write past of the internal buffer length. This flaw may be leveraged to corrupt grub's internal critical data and may result in arbitrary code execution by-passing secure boot protections.
CVE-2024-12225 | 2 Quarkus, Redhat | 2 Quarkus, Quarkus | 2025-07-31 | 9.1 Critical |
A vulnerability was found in Quarkus in the quarkus-security-webauthn module. The Quarkus WebAuthn module publishes default REST endpoints for registering and logging users in while allowing developers to provide custom REST endpoints. When developers provide custom REST endpoints, the default endpoints remain accessible, potentially allowing attackers to obtain a login cookie that has no corresponding user in the Quarkus application or, depending on how the application is written, could correspond to an existing user that has no relation with the current attacker, allowing anyone to log in as an existing user by just knowing that user's user name.
CVE-2025-4374 | 1 Redhat | 1 Quay | 2025-07-31 | 6.5 Medium |
A flaw was found in Quay. When an organization acts as a proxy cache, and a user or robot pulls an image that hasn't been mirrored yet, they are granted "Admin" permissions on the newly created repository. |
